How do you guarantee that the delivered floral arrangement is the same as the one that I ordered?

The images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Floral arrangements (flowers, foliage and other accessories) may subject to total or partial substitution as a result of unavailability, quality control, and seasonal variation. In these cases, we ensure that flowers of the same quality and category will be used.

Delivery orders are prepared in our stores and our goal is to ensure the result of the final product. For deliveries in the Azores, Madeira and abroad, the floral arrangements are created by our partners. We have a strict internal policy for the selection and preparation of all the products that we sell.

 

I'd like to personalize one of your arrangements, is that possible?

Office hours are Monday through Friday: 09h00 – 18h00; Saturdays and Sundays: 10h00 - 18h00.

For Saturday and Sunday deliveries, please contact us in advance.

 

Can I send a message with the flowers?

Yes, contact us. The message will be printed and delivered to the recipient with your order.

 

Can I send a personalized card with the flowers?

Yes. You can add a personalized card with a personal message. Contact us so we can provide it. The card will have your message and will be delivered to the recipient with your order.

 

Can I send my order anonymously?

Yes. That is how we work. We never disclose the identity of the person who sent the flowers. The recipient only has access to the text that is written on the card that accompanies the flowers.

 

How can I get an invoice?

To get an invoice, please provide the required information (person or entity, taxpayer number and address) at the end of your order. If you choose to become a registered customer, you can view your order history and re-print the invoices.

 

How can I correct my order?

To amend and or change the order details, please contact us via email: geral@bloomflores.com, or by phone: +351 927 404 581. Please have the number of your order with you. Please note that we can only guarantee delivery adjustments, if we receive your request in a timely manner.

 

I got flowers, but I don't know who they are from. How can I know who sent them?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide information on the person who sent the flowers.
